Segrera, Carlos is CEO of Finance And Acquisitions, LLC, Finance And Acquisitions, LLC has originated over $3 billion in loans for over 1,500 borrowers since its founding in September 2015. Prior to founding Finance And Acquisitions, LLC Carlos was President of CPH’ residential development business with annual revenues of $500MM+. In his 10-year tenure at CPH, Mr. Carlos oversaw the acquisition and financing of billions of dollars in residential property. Under his leadership, CPH increased revenues more than 150 percent and profits in excess of 300 percent. CPH was recognized in the industry as a leader in adopting new technologies to improve processes and was voted “One of the 50 Best Companies to Work For” by Professional Builder magazine.

In his current role as a Private Money Expert, James excels in National Bridge, Fix and Flip-Value Add, Ground-Up Construction, and Rental Portfolio Lending for Single Family Residences (SFR), 1-4 Units, and Multifamily properties. Renwick M, Stephen

Loan Origination Manager

Renwick comes to us with over 5 years of experience in the financial industry, splitting his career between lending and asset management. Most recently, Renwick worked as an Account Executive with Arc Home, where he assisted mortgage brokers, offering Non-QM loan products to their clients. Prior to this, Renwick was an independent loan officer, originating conventional loans for several years. It was here where he focused on the acquisition and liquidation of residential non-performing loans before playing a pivotal role in the winding down of the company’s portfolio as the company transitioned into commercial investments.

David Edward Jr

Senior Vice President of Lending

David has worked at Finance And Acquisitions, LLC, for a number of years in operation, underwriting and sales. At the start of 2018, David transitioned over to be a loan origination manager full time. David is self-motivated and always strives to exceed his customer’s expectations with each transaction and build trustworthy relationships. As a Loan Origination Manager, David listens to his clients to understand their story, goals, and what motivates them to be real estate investors. David is very strong at problem solving, decision making and communicating with his clients through every step of the lending process to make it as stress-free as possible. He truly values his relationships with his clients.

Dion Berrain

Vice President of Lending

When it comes to funding your loan, Dion Berrain will be your best friend. He looks at every opportunity objectively and excels at finding innovative solutions to quickly and efficiently close deals. He thrives on repeat business and finds his clients staying close to his side. Prior to his role on the Sales team at Finance And Acquisitions, LLC, Dion was a top producer at 5 Arch Funding Corp, having closed 161 loans for $73MM.

Reyes, Daisy

Reyes Daisy is the Chief Loan Operations Officer. Prior to joining Finance And Acquisitions, LLC, Daisy was the Director of operations and Risk Mitigation at Convent. She built the operations department ground up including the processing, underwriting, insurance, closing, servicing, risk, and capital markets departments, taking in-house processing from $0 to $100+ million funding per month.

Mitchell Taylor

Director of Underwriting

Mitchell is the Director of Underwriting at Finance And Acquisitions, LLC, and has been an integral part of our team since 2020. With over 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Mitchell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is responsible for leading and managing the underwriting and construction teams. Her primary goal is to ensure the delivery of quality loans from origination through to successful closing, alongside facilitating a swift and efficient drawing process for our customers. Outside of work, Mitchell cherishes time with her family and enjoys unwinding by watching a baseball game.

Darice Allen

Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations

As a Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Finance And Acquisitions, LLC, Darice plays a key role in the organization’s financial strategy, performing a variety of advanced financial analyses in collaboration with the Executive Team. Darice also works with investors and shareholders communicating financial results, strategy, and business initiatives. Darice has over 7 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Her previous transaction experience includes arranging over $5 billion of debt and equity capital markets transactions, corporate credit facilities, bridge loans, structured financings, non-recourse project financings, and sell-side and buy-side advisory transactions for Fortune 500 companies.

Luis Montero, Jr.

Servicing Manager

Luis Montero Jr. is the Servicing Manager at Finance And Acquisitions, LLC. He comes from a background of 10+ years of servicing and default operations. Luis has been with the company for 2 ½ years now. Within servicing he deals with heavy reporting, analytics and default servicing that includes collections, foreclosures, REO and loss mitigation. Within loss mitigation he has experience in short sales, deeds in lieu and loan restructuring. Luis was born in Lima, Peru where he then moved to Chile, and now currently resides in Florida. He speaks Spanish, English and can get by in French. He enjoys cooking and is often told he is a great cook.
